Late-Night Taco Cart, by GPT Image 2 Medium

A late-night taqueria street cart with an authentic side menu and a cook at the open window.

Two fixes made this real. First, the "OPEN" sign: the oval LED that hangs in a sit-down restaurant window is the wrong product for a cart, so we used the signage carts actually have — a lit serving hatch, string bulbs, and a vinyl name banner. Second, the menu: the first attempt was too neat and sat dead-center, blocking the one spot a customer stands to order. We built a separate, gritty, grease-and-sticker chalk menu-board reference and mounted it to the side, leaving the window clear.
