Models that move the world
Hedra builds World Action Models — foundation models that learn the dynamics of the physical world and act in it — and the inference engine that runs them on real machines.

What we operate
A research-to-deployment loop: collect the data, train or adapt the model, then run it through a low-latency engine your hardware can call.
Pretraining
Train world models on petascale multimodal interaction data — video, proprioception, force, and language. Outputs: checkpoints, lineage, and eval suites.

Data collection
Use Hedra inference to scale synthetic interaction data, or commission targeted captures through our data factory. Outputs: curated datasets and capture protocols.
Synthetic · Real-world · Datasets
Post-training
Adapt foundation VLAs and open model families to your embodiment and tasks. Outputs: adapters, eval-gated checkpoints, and rollout reports.
Adapters · Evals · Rollouts
Deployment
Deploy perception and manipulation stacks through Hedra inference on edge hardware, Hedra clusters, or hybrid fleets. Outputs: manifests, monitors, and rollback.

Own the artifacts. Choose the runtime.
You own the artifacts
Your data, checkpoints, adapters, evals, and deployment manifests remain exportable. Hedra can operate the runtime, but the trained artifacts do not become a rented black box.
Open foundations
Start from open foundations such as Gemma, Qwen, Kimi, or robotics architectures we help adapt. Inspectable, forkable, and portable when the job requires it.
Your hardware or ours
Run managed on Hedra clusters, on customer edge hardware, or across both. The inference engine keeps the model contract consistent while ownership stays with you.

Bimanual manipulation
Assembly-cell coordination for fixture loading, tool use, and dexterous handling. Contact-rich policies react at control rate across both end-effectors.

Mobility
Warehouse aisle, yard, or factory-floor mobility for legged and wheeled platforms — traverse, recover, and keep operating off the demo mat.

Perception
Line-side camera rigs, depots, and lab cells: fuse multi-camera vision, depth, and proprioception into the world state the policy acts on.
