You own the artifacts

Your data, checkpoints, adapters, evals, and deployment manifests remain exportable. Hedra can operate the runtime, but the trained artifacts do not become a rented black box.

Open foundations

Start from open foundations such as Gemma, Qwen, Kimi, or robotics architectures we help adapt. Inspectable, forkable, and portable when the job requires it.

Your hardware or ours

Run managed on Hedra clusters, on customer edge hardware, or across both. The inference engine keeps the model contract consistent while ownership stays with you.
