Steps to Redeem a Promo Code

Go to Profile

Navigate to your profile settings.

Open Billing

Select the Billing option from your account menu.

Update Subscription

Choose Update subscription to proceed.

Select a Plan

Pick your desired subscription plan and select continue.

Enter Code

Look for and click the Add promotion code button.

Apply

Enter your code and click Apply, then Confirm.

Possible Results

The entered code is not recognized or valid in the system. Double-check your code for typos.
Your code works but doesn’t apply to the subscription tier you selected. Try selecting a different plan that matches your promo code.
The promotion successfully applies! You’ll see the discount reflected in your total.
Make sure both your promo code and subscription plan are compatible to ensure successful redemption.
