Canceling Your Subscription

Learn how to cancel your Hedra subscription.

How to Cancel

Open Profile

Navigate to your profile icon in the bottom left.

Go to Billing

Select Billing.

Cancel

Click Cancel subscription under your membership details.

Billing stops immediately

You won’t be charged again after you cancel.

Your account remains active

Your profile persists even after cancellation—this is different from deleting your account.

Keep your credits

You maintain access to subscription credits through your current billing period.

Reactivate anytime

You can reactivate your subscription via the billing section whenever you’re ready.

Canceling your subscription is different from deleting your account. Your account and data remain intact after cancellation.
