On 6 March 2008, Hedra plc announced that it had been acquired by Mouchel.
This acquisition was been driven by the demands of Hedra and Mouchel clients. In particular, the appetite in our markets for a single transformation and delivery partner that can take clients from policy and strategy through design, change management and implementation to ongoing service delivery.
Mouchel is a successful FTSE250 company with 11,000 employees focused on the delivery of services, primarily to the UK public sector and regulated industries. Amongst other things, Mouchel provides leading practice business process outsourcing services (e.g. finance, administration and revenues and benefits in local government) and management of key infrastructure programmes (e.g. managing the M25 orbital motorway).
