# Generation History & Credit Refunds

> Where to find your Hedra credit usage history, including generations, refunds, and debits in your account billing settings.

Open [Billing](https://www.hedra.com/app/settings/billing) while signed in, then review your credit or generation history.

Each entry records a credit debit, refund, or related generation event. Use the timestamp and generation details to match an entry to work in your Library or Space.

  A failed request may be refunded automatically. If a debit and its matching refund both appear, the net credit charge is zero.

If an entry looks incorrect, contact Support with the timestamp, generation ID when available, and a short description of what you created.
